1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using VEO3™ Studios services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Provided

VEO3™ Studios provides AI-powered video production services, including but not limited to:

• Custom video content creation using AI technology
• Post-production services including editing and color grading
• Creative direction and consultation
• Project management and delivery

3. Project Scope and Deliverables

Each project scope will be defined in a separate agreement or statement of work, which will include:

• Specific deliverables and timeline
• Number of revisions included
• Final file formats and delivery method
• Project-specific terms and conditions

4. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Final payment due upon delivery of final assets
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment:

• Client receives full rights to final delivered content
• VEO3™ Studios retains the right to use work samples for portfolio and marketing purposes
• Client warrants they have rights to any materials provided

6. Revisions and Changes

• Number of included revisions specified per package
• Additional revisions billed at hourly rate
• Scope changes may affect timeline and pricing
• Client approval required at key project milestones

7. Cancellation Policy

• Projects may be cancelled with written notice
• Work completed to date will be billed
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Final files delivered only upon full payment

8. Limitation of Liability

VEO3™ Studios' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client projects and information. Client information will not be shared without explicit consent.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
